Cocculus relates to people who work too much, fully exhausting their mental and physical resources. Irritability, dizziness and profound weakness (particularly – of the legs) may result from this constant state of weariness and lack of sleep.

These people are bent and shaking, have difficulty to walk, and complain of frequent numbness and tremor of limbs at the slightest exertion. Dizziness and nausea at any fast forward motion is their most characteristic feature. A curious symptom is an irresistible drive to sing; aversion from food is often present, together with thirst and excessive salivation.

Cocculus is highly effective in the treatment of travel induced dizziness and nausea, and any nervous nausea and vomiting.
